this type of hardcore reminds me a bit of early Pariso. Great to have have found something alike. Hardcore with some metal infused without being metalcore if you don't know Pariso. The production, especially the drum sound, took some getting used to

Wonderful. Beautiful funeral doom. The patience in songwriting and performance really lends to the grand scale and weight that the lyrics complement perfectly. Incredibly well-executed and thought out and captures the essence of funeral doom. Definitely an artist to watch

Maybe I’m a little slow for not fully understanding what “bit crush doom” is, but I know a good heavy riff when I hear one. There’s plenty of that here on the debut release from One Eyed Ancestor, listed as an EP but with the runtime of a full-length album. Call it what you will, Omnemoth is a behemoth through and through.
